Hi Every One!
This will be a short post for words as I just arrived in CA to spend the week with my family here.
Keep scrolling down for class videos from the past two weeks. After a month of computer and tech issues, I do believe July will be a month with no complications. I hope!
Please have a safe week and weekend ahead!

2025June26-Breathing
Tonight, the people joining me live were 2s & 3s out of 5 energy level. There were requests for neck and shoulder release, as well as rolling out our feet and creating length through our torso. Props for tonight's class include: a strap, a ball, a bolster, and some wall space for Legs up the Wall.
We started on our backs with simple movements, pranayama basics, and neck shoulder releases. We moved to table for a breathing kriya before moving to standing for torso and shoulder opening using the strap. Before and after we rolled our out feet, we explored the "rainbow" foot/ankle movements. Our practice ended with legs up the wall with pranayama. You can also choose to do shavasana instead of Legs up the Wall. Enjoy!
2025June29 - A Morning Practice
Today, those joining me live were 3s and one 4 out of 5, and the requests were for heart opening and connecting. Before the practice, we talked about "Anahata," the name of the 4th chakra, the heart space. Anahata means "unstruck."What in you is there, always has been, waiting to be experienced and felt? Something that always was, and never won't be?
Our practice started with seated pranayama and spinal movements with a shoulder/heart opening focus. We transitioned to supine for explorations of muscle stiffening and unstiffening, learning surrender and undoing with foot presses. When we transitioned to kneeling with moving kriyas and lunges of progressing intensity and twisting and balance. You don't need to do the hard versions, and if you try, what do you learn about yourself?
Our standing practice ended with Goddess and forward folding explorations building to Stargazer for balance.
We returned to humming and nasal clearing at the end before nadi shodhana, seated meditaiton, and then shavasana.
Reach out with any feedback, thoughts, and questions about your practice today! Enjoy!
